All elections are administered by the County Elections Clerk.
Primary elections will be held June 2, 2026 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Early voting will take place May 16, 2026 through May 30, 2026. Same-day voter registration will be available in person at any voting location during early voting. You can request an absentee ballot by visiting https://www.sos.nm.gov/voting-and-elections/voter-information-portal-nmvote-org/absentee-and-early-voting/.
Elections for Mayor, Village Councilors, and Municipal Judge are held in November of odd numbered years. The election for Mayor and councilors for districts 1, 3, and 4 will be held in November of 2025. The positions for municipal judge and councilors for districts 2, 5, and 6 will next be elected in November of 2027.
